Add Spinach to your upcoming meeting and select the User Research template.

Go to your Spinach dashboard -> Upcoming Meetings tab and click on your next User Research session. Then you can select the User Research template from the dropdown.

Best Practices:

  • You need to have your calendar integrated with Spinach, in order to select the meeting template. Connect to your Google or Microsoft calendar here.

  • You can set the User Research notes to only send to you, in case you don't want the client to receive a copy of the summary. Click on the meeting in Upcoming Meetings and set Email: Just me.

Template Format

User Research meetings have the following format:

  • Participant Details

  • Session Details

  • Positive Highlights

  • Areas for Improvement

  • Participant Feedback
