When does Spinach join?
Spinach joins 2 minutes before the meeting starts or 1-2 minutes after invited to an in-progress meeting and waits 5 minutes for others to join.
What happens if the meeting starts late?
Spinach is always on time and waits 5 minutes for someone to join the meeting. If no one joins after 5 minutes, Spinach will leave.
Tip: Change the calendar event time if you know you are going to start late, so Spinach knows when to join.
Is there a time limit for how long the meeting with Spinach can be?
Yes, Spinach currently supports meetings up to 3 hours. If your meeting goes past 3 hours, you will not receive a summary, even if Spinach was in the meeting. Here is how to use Spinach for long meetings or events.

Do you speak non-English but want your summaries sent in English? Go to Settings and select your speaking language, and Spinach will translate accurately to English

When will I receive the summary?

Log in to the Spinach AI Dashboard using the account that initially added Spinach AI to the meeting.
Navigate to the settings of the relevant meeting within the dashboard.
Delete the meeting data by locating and selecting the appropriate option within the meeting page. Note: Only users who integrated Spinach AI with the meeting have the permissions to delete its data.
How do I delete my data or account?
Go to your Account tab here and proceed with managing your account.
