Downloading Individual Meeting Transcripts

You can download the transcript, summary, or video for any individual meeting directly from your dashboard:

  1. Go to your Meeting History

  2. Click on the meeting you want to export

  3. Use the download or copy options to save the transcript, summary, or video

You can also share individual meetings with others using the Share feature.

Bulk Export / Data Dump

If you need to export all of your meeting transcripts at once — for example, to train an AI agent, migrate to another tool, or create a knowledge base — here are your options:

Option 1: Use an Integration for Ongoing Export

Set up an integration to automatically export future meeting summaries and transcripts to an external tool:

These integrations work going forward, so set them up early to avoid needing a bulk export later.

Option 2: Use the Spinach MCP Server

If you're on a paid plan, the Spinach MCP (Model Context Protocol) server lets you programmatically access your meeting data — including transcripts, summaries, and metadata. This is ideal for developers or teams building AI agents that need to query meeting content.

Data Retention

Meeting data is available subject to our data retention policy.

Accessing Meetings Older Than 365 Days

By default, meeting history in the dashboard shows up to 365 days. Older meetings are deleted and no longer available to be retrieved.
