Finding and Downloading Invoices
To access your invoices:
Go to your Account tab
Click Manage Billing
You'll see your invoice history in the billing portal, where you can view and download individual invoices
If you need an invoice for a specific month or can't access the billing portal, reach out to our support team via chat or at [email protected] and we'll send it to you.
Updating Your Payment Method
To update your credit card or payment method:
Go to your Account tab
Click Manage Billing
Update your payment details in the billing portal

Checking Your Current Subscription
To see what plan you're on and how much you're paying:
Go to your Account tab
Your current plan, number of seats, and billing cycle are displayed here

Common Billing Questions
I was charged but my account shows as free/downgraded
This can happen due to a billing system mismatch. Contact our support team via chat and we'll investigate and fix it β usually we can resolve it quickly.
Can I get a refund?
Reach out to our support team and we'll review your situation on a case-by-case basis.
Can I pay by invoice instead of credit card?
Invoice-based billing is available for Enterprise customers. Contact us via support chat or email to discuss your needs.
I need invoices sent to a different email (like [email protected])
Contact our support team and we can update the billing email for invoice delivery. Note: we recommend keeping the admin/payer account as a real user account rather than a shared mailbox, to avoid permissions issues with seat management.
How does billing work on the Pro pay-as-you-go plan?
Pro charges $2.90 per meeting hour with unlimited users. If you don't use Spinach in a month, you pay $0. You're billed based on actual usage at the end of each billing cycle.
