How to request cancellation of your Spinach subscription and what to expect

How to Cancel

  1. Log in to your Spinach account and go to your Account tab

  2. Click Manage Billing β€” this will open the Stripe billing portal

  3. In the Stripe portal, click Cancel plan

  4. Follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation

You can also go directly to the billing portal by logging in here.

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

  • You'll still have access to your meeting history, summaries, and transcripts from the dashboard, subject to our data retention policy.

  • Your account is not deleted β€” you can resubscribe at any time by going to your Account tab.

Want to Delete Your Data Too?

Canceling your subscription does not delete your account or data. If you'd also like to delete your account and personal data, you can do that separately from your Account tab. See Delete Your Personal Data and Account for details.
