To cancel your Spinach subscription, reach out to our support team via the chat widget on app.spinach.ai or email [email protected] and let us know you'd like to cancel.
Our team will process your cancellation and confirm it with you directly β usually within a few hours during business hours.
What Happens After Cancellation
Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period.
You'll still have access to your meeting history, summaries, and transcripts from the dashboard, subject to our data retention policy.
Your account is not deleted β you can resubscribe at any time by going to your Account tab.
Before You Cancel
If you're canceling because Spinach isn't working the way you need, we'd love to help. Here are a few things that might address your concerns:
Too many meetings being recorded? You can remove Spinach from specific meetings or toggle it off for individual meetings in Future Meetings.
Summaries not detailed enough? Try a different meeting template or customize the sections to fit your needs.
Want to reduce costs? Ask us about switching to a different plan β we can help you find the right fit. Our Pro plan charges per meeting hour, so you only pay for what you use.
Want to Delete Your Data Too?
Canceling your subscription does not delete your account or data. If you'd also like to delete your account and personal data, you can do that separately from your Account tab. See Delete Your Personal Data and Account for details.
