Never lose any context or decision making time by including any conversation in your Spinach history.

Upload your audio or video file to Spinach and get a summary and consistent documentation.

Use Cases

  1. In-person, hybrid or conference room meetings

  2. Voice memos

  3. Phone calls

  4. Conference sessions, workshops and site visits

How Many Uploads You Get

Paid plans: 10 uploads per day. We raised this from 3 per day in August 2026. The increase is applied automatically — there's no form to fill in and nothing to request.

Free accounts have a lower daily limit. If you're hitting it regularly, upgrading your plan will raise it.

Why we raised it

In-person conversations have become one of the most common things people bring to Spinach — client meetings recorded on a phone, conference sessions, workshops, site visits. The pattern we kept hearing was from people on-site with a customer for a day or two who had more conversations than the limit allowed and had to choose which ones were worth keeping. Raising the limit removes that decision.

What happens if you hit the limit

Uploads beyond your daily limit are declined until the limit resets. Nothing already uploaded is affected, and the meetings in your history stay exactly as they are.

If you have a genuine need for more than 10 in a day — a multi-day on-site, a conference, a backlog of older recordings you're bringing into Spinach — contact support and we can look at raising it for your account.

Getting more out of each upload

  • Record in-person conversations directly rather than re-recording playback — cleaner audio means better speaker separation.

  • For a long session, a single file works better than several fragments; Spinach handles long recordings and will chapter them for you.

  • Uploaded recordings behave like any other meeting once processed: summary, action items, searchable transcript, and available to Ask Spinach and the MCP.
