Integrate with Jira to reference tickets in your summary.

  1. Go to the Settings tab in your dashboard.

  2. Click to connect Jira

  3. Select a project.

  4. In your next meeting summary, you will see ticket references based on your discussion. You can click on create tickets in the Spinach summary or go to Meeting History.

Create Jira tickets based on Action Items directly into your projects from the emailed summaries or dashboard.

Troubleshooting:

  • If you receive an error that we fail to create a ticket, check if your Jira ticket fields are required. Change any required fields to optional.

  • If the labels on your Jira space are in a non-English language, just make sure to set up a Task field labeled in English, and we'll be able to send a ticket.

  • If you still see an error screen when connecting, reach out to support at the green chat button below.

Jira + Slack - Ticket Suggestions

With the Jira + Slack integrations, Spinach will suggest Jira tickets based on meeting discussions. Click Create to add a ticket to your board.
